Job Description: Bar Manager manages a handful of bar outlets and their respective bar supervisors. He/She must be able to motivate and train crew on service and selling techniques. Bar Manager oversees sales, inventory, work schedules, and cost control.
Direct reports: Bar Supervisor, Bartender, Bar waiter, Bar Utility
Experience and Skills Required: Applicants for this position are required to have more than five years of experience working for a cruise line or luxury hotel, and to have at least two years of bar management experience supervising a staff of at least 25 employees. Knowledge of Micros system, USPH, and beverage products is also required.
Average Salary: $2,500 to $4,000 per month
