CREW TRAINING DEPARTMENT

In order to provide satisfaction on both sides, Employers and Applicants, our Crew Training Department provides a pallet of trainings as per request of Employer or Applicant. Crew training department was established for the purpose of providing training services for following positions:

  • Gift Shop Staff
  • Photographers

HACCP & USPH

Since the Rules and Regulations of HACCP and USPH standards are very strict, our certified Trainer will provide trainings according to the procedures and policies.

Who are our trainers?


COURSE: KITCHEN HELPER/STEWARD

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Kitchen Stewards represent the highest standard of excellence in kitchen cleanliness and organization.

The course is 2 weeks and delivered during the days, evenings and weekends. Practical training is delivered at Crew Lounge Belgrade and includes days placement in a hotel kitchen.

Are you:

  • BETWEEN 18-29 YEARS OLD OR IN RECEIPT OF ODSP;
  • Able to work days, evenings and weekends;
  • Clean, with good hygiene habits;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Multi-tasks efficiently;
  • Organized, accurate and reliable;
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Able to stand for long periods (8 hours)
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs

COURSE: FRONT OF HOUSE SERVER / WAITER

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Are you interested in serving in working in a hotel restaurant?

  • ARE YOU A YOUTH BETWEEN 18-29
  • Do you have a positive, can-do, motivated and team oriented attitude?
  • Do you have Strong desire and motivation to work in the hospitality industry?
  • Are you available to work most evenings and weekends?

A Front of House Server position may be for you.

COURSE: ROOM ATTENDANT

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Room Attendants provide clean and comfortable rooms for guests & create top-notch guest experiences.

Our free Room Attendant course is available to individuals 18-29 years old

The Training Program Consists of:

  • 3 weeks hands-on training at a hotel
  • Training shifts at a potential employer job site
  • Connections to employers with good jobs and growth opportunities

COURSE: GUEST SERVICES

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Guest Services Representatives welcome guests and manage check-in & check-out processes and address guests’ concerns, referrals for services, and requests for information. They do all of this while providing exceptional guest experiences and interactions.

The course is available to youth 18-29
